Our thermoforming services are used for the production of custom clamshell packaging, which is an alternative to blister packaging and allows for the complete viewing of the enclosed product. We can design clamshells in a variety of shapes and sizes to suit your product exactly. Clamshells are produced in PVC material in thicknesses of up to 0.04 mil. Equipped with automated thermoforming equipment, manufacturing clamshells in large as well as small volumes as low as 2500 pieces is not a problem for us.

During the design stage, our team ensures that the packaging option is suited to protect and enhance your product’s visual appeal. Our clamshell packaging is available with value added features, such as a hanger tab to display the product on in-store pegs or a foot for displaying on in-store countertops. We offer single-hinged clamshell packing, multi-hinged clamshells, and clamshell trays for our customer’s packaging requirements. Besides custom designed clamshells, we also offer a variety of stock clamshells. The cavity dimensions and configurations of all of our stock clamshells can be customized to fit customers specific requirements.
